Current Group is seeking a professional, friendly receptionist/dispatcher to work with our team and serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling into our office in Three Hills from 7:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities for this person include greeting customers when they visit our office, answering and transferring phone calls, triaging customer requests for services and dialoguing with the service manage and service techs to provide prompt solutions to meet customer needs.

Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
Ensure all loading and unloading processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Perform routine yard maintenance, including organizing and storing materials and equipment.
Monitor and manage the loading processes independently, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Operate forklifts and other equipment as required to move materials and goods within the yard.
Assist in managing yard inventory and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational updates and any issues in the yard.
Handle other related duties as assigned.

Other Requirements
We require all staff members to complete a vulnerable sector check upon hiring, vulnerable
sector checks must also be completed for all others that reside in the household that are
16 years of age and older. As well we require you to hold a current valid class 5 drivers
license and carry 2 million in liability insurance. We also require you to provide 5-year
drivers abstract. Proprietors are also required to provide a current copy of their home
insurance.

Job Duties

Supervise the activities of wash bay, shop hands and yard person.
Be able to operate all farm equipment and forklift as needed.
Keep equipment lots clean, neat and organized, ie. Equipment placement, grass cutting, snow removal.
Maintain shop vehicle standards, cleanliness, maintenance, insurance, purchasing, decaling and disposal.
Organize trucking logistics with local carriers economically.
Maintain oil dispensing systems, recycling of used oil, filters, plastics, etc.
Maintain inventory of shop and wash bay supplies, floor dry, chemicals, cleaners, etc.
Responsible for building maintenance, repairs, upgrades, damage, cleanup, etc.
Maintain Security System and maintenance for all locations
Work with Safety Certification and Fire Inspection processes.
Ensure special tools are inventoried and catalogued, repaired and/or replaced as needed.
Organize equipment for special functions, demo, Christmas, parades, etc.
Provide coaching and mentoring to all subordinate staff.
